When the Governor’s Emergency Education Relief (GEER) Fund — established through the federal CARES Act — awarded Restoration Project Foundation a $2 million grant, the funding arrived at a critical moment.

Expanding Educational Opportunity Through Capital Development: Belton Preparatory Academy

As Restoration Project Foundation’s mission evolved to include long-term educational infrastructure, RPF Holdings LLC — aligned organizationally with RPF — participated in the development and financing of expanded facilities for Belton Preparatory Academy, South Carolina’s first classical public charter school.

Strengthening Communities Through a Statewide Mentoring Network

In 2015, Restoration Project Foundation was founded on a clear belief: consistent access to a trusted adult can change the trajectory of a child’s life. Rather than building a single mentoring program in one location, RPF developed a scalable statewide mentoring network designed to strengthen existing community-based organizations already serving students.
