In 2015, Restoration Project Foundation was founded on a clear belief: consistent access to a trusted adult can change the trajectory of a child’s life. Rather than building a single mentoring program in one location, RPF developed a scalable statewide mentoring network designed to strengthen existing community-based organizations already serving students.
Over time, RPF partnered with mentoring organizations across Anderson, Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, and Rock Hill. Through centralized coordination, financial support, and executive oversight, the Foundation helped expand structured mentoring access for approximately 385 children and young adults. These partnerships facilitated more than 4,000 hours of mentoring each month, reinforcing academic stability, character development, and life-skills growth.
This network model demonstrated RPF’s ability to coordinate multi-site nonprofit partnerships across South Carolina while maintaining program integrity and consistent resource alignment. What began as a mentoring initiative evolved into a proven implementation framework capable of scaling community impact responsibly.
